First, the ground should be handled carefully before installation.
The ground must be horizontal within a radius of two meters, and the difference between height and height shall not exceed 3mm. If the ground is to be completely dry, geothermal heating test must be carried out before installing the floor, and the inlet water temperature must reach at least 50 ℃ to ensure the normal operation of the heating system. It should be kept warm for more than 24 hours to make the ground dry and ensure that the moisture content meets the standard.
Second, the details of the installation process are the most important, and the order is exquisite.
It is best to use suspension installation, the floor is close to the ground through the cushion material, there is no gap between the floor and the surface, and a larger shrinkage gap should be reserved between the floor. Due to the large amount of moisture released by hydrothermal radiation heating, efforts should be made to prevent moisture.
When paving, the ground should be cleaned first, and the corner of the wall should be cleaned and straightened to ensure that enough expansion joints are left. The second step is to cover the ground with a layer of plastic sheeting to keep out the moisture. Make the plastic sheeting higher than the 10cm of the ground at the four corners. The third step is to lay the floor mat. Be careful to leave expansion joints, at least overlap the 5cm at the interface, and must be sealed with tape. A baseboard thicker than the ordinary floor should be used and should be constructed independently. The floor will not be heated until 24 hours after installation. In order to facilitate heat conduction, the cushion material should not be too thick.
In addition, special glue for geothermal floor should be used; you can't lay rubber pads; you can't hit the keel, because there will be air in the gap, and the thermal conductivity of the air is low, which is not conducive to heat transfer.
Third, use special paper floor mats
The floor mats between the ground and the floor can not use ordinary foam floor mats, must use geothermal special paper floor mats, because this kind of ground mats conduct heat quickly and do not deform. The ordinary foam floor mat conducts heat slowly, and it is easy to produce harmful gases under the condition of high temperature for a long time, which is harmful to the health of users.
Fourth, the surface temperature should not be too high during construction.
Whether it is hydrothermal radiation heating or cable heating system, do not build stoves or use electric furnaces on the ground, because if the surface temperature is too high, the aluminum-plastic composite pipes under the ground may melt.
Because of the particularity of its function and the complexity of geothermal system, compared with ordinary floor, the maintenance and maintenance of geothermal floor has its own unique characteristics, so special attention should be paid to mild moisturizing.
